Chair of Policy Committee:
Mick Downs, is manager of Urban Vision North Staffordshire, the architecture and urban design centre, and is town planner and architectural historian. Mick led the Design and Conservation team for Stoke-on-Trent City Council for 18 years and taught building conservation module at Stoke-on-Trent College for several years. Mick lives in a listed and converted silk mill in Leek, Staffordshire, and is married with two grown up children.
